Pay Phones Gone

Out with the old and in with the new. Consumer’s love for new devices has made products like pay phones a dying breed. Once on every street corner, residents of Tallahassee no longer find a need for the 35-cent calls.

Public pay phones are disappearing at the rate of ten percent a year. Corporation like Bells once had ownership of seventy-five percent of pay phones. Due to the transition, they sold and removed them.
