Star Metro to help senior citizens commute to the polls

Senior citizens aren’t left in the dark when it comes to voting. Star Metro along with other partners are teaming up to provide transportation for seniors and other people of the community.
For those without a ride to the polls Star Metro will continue to run their regular bus systems along with Dial-A-Ride transit services.
“If they havent already, individuals can sign up for Dial-A-Ride if they cannot physically navigate the regular bus system,” said Rashaunda Grant, Assistant Mobility Coordinator of Star Metro.
