Tow Truck Drivers Want Changes

To ensure customer safety, local tow truck drivers are protesting for changes. Some drivers say just about anyone can drive a tow truck, including those with criminal backgrounds.
“I think there should be background checks for the drivers,” said Tallahassee resident Mary Owen-Tames. “Because customers want to feel safe.”
Drivers hope that county commissioners will require tow truck drivers and companies to have background checks and vehicle inspections among other changes.
